About the Role We are seeking a driven and proactive Installation Scheduler to join a fast-growing planning team. This role plays a key part in supporting engineers and customers by ensuring installation diaries are effectively managed and scheduling issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. You will be at the centre of day-to-day operational coordination, helping to ensure installations run smoothly, customers are kept informed, and engineers are fully supported in delivering a high-quality service. What You'll Be Doing * Support engineers with diary management and daily workload planning. * Communicate clearly with engineers and customers, providing updates, reassurance, and solutions. * Monitor, identify, and resolve scheduling and planning issues in real time. * Ensure jobs are allocated efficiently and changes are managed effectively. * Build strong working relationships with engineers, customers, and internal teams. * React quickly to operational challenges and help maintain smooth service delivery. * Use systems and software to manage scheduling activities and updates. * Maintain accurate records and ensure all planning information is kept up to date. * Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. To be successful in this role, you will have: * Strong customer service experience with a focus on positive outcomes. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Confidence dealing with customers and engineers in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. * IT literate, with experience using Microsoft or Google-based systems. * Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. * A friendly, confident, and professional approach.
