Lighting Design Engineer

My client is a well-established M&E engineering consultancy who are seeking a Lighting Design Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This role will involve working on a high-profile project within the London area. The client is looking for an experienced engineer with strong lighting design capability within building services, ideally with experience working across large-scale, complex developments. Benefits * Rate of £(Apply online only) a day outside IR35 (Depending on Experience) * Contract ongoing until September 2027 * Weekly Payments Key Responsibilities * Producing high-quality lighting design layouts * Carrying out lighting calculations and simulations using industry-standard software (e.g. DIALux / Relux) * Preparing technical drawings, reports, specifications and design documentation * Coordinating lighting designs with mechanical, electrical and architectural disciplines * Liaising with clients, contractors and wider design teams as required What they are looking for? * Strong experience in lighting design within building services * Proven track record working on large-scale, complex projects * Strong understanding of lighting standards and design principles * Ability to work in the UK If this seems of interest please feel free to apply or contact Adam on the details attached
