\nWe are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Kettering that is seeking to appoint committed Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2026. The school is ideally looking to appoint on a permanent basis; however, long-term supply and fixed-term contract arrangements will also be considered for the right candidate.

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum

Working with pupils 1:1 and in small groups, including those with additional learning needs (SEND)
\n - \n
Supporting early reading, writing, phonics, and numeracy development
\n - \n
Helping pupils stay focused, engaged, and motivated throughout the school day
\n - \n
Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, safe, and supportive classroom environment
\n - \n
Assisting with targeted interventions to help pupils make progress
\n - \n
Encouraging confidence, independence, and a love of learning in young children
\n

Are considering a career in teaching, early years, or SEND support

Want to gain experience in a primary school setting

Have a genuine passion for working with children

Are looking to return to work or transition into education
