\nWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join the Early Years team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced class teacher, supporting the learning and development of a designated key group of children within a vibrant and engaging EYFS setting.
\nThe Role:
\nAs part of the Early Years team, you will:

- Hold responsibility for a key group of approximately 8 children. \n
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development. \n
- Observe, track and record children's progress against EYFS developmental milestones. \n
- Maintain accurate learning records and contribute to assessments. \n
- Work closely with the class teacher to support high-quality teaching and learning. \n
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. \n
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where children can thrive. \n
What You'll Need to Succeed:
\n- \n
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification. \n
- Previous experience working within an EYFS setting. \n
- A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development. \n
- Experience observing, monitoring and recording children's progress. \n
- Strong communication and organisational skills. \n
- A proactive and nurturing approach to supporting young children. \n
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new DBS through Hays. \n
