Hours

Monday to Friday Mornings (8:30am to 12:30pm)

  • Supporting a Year 1 pupil with Speech and Language needs.
  • \n
\n

Monday & Tuesday Afternoons (12:30pm to 3:30pm)

    \n
  • Supporting a pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Totton.
  • \n
\n

About the Role

\n

We are looking for a caring and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant to provide targeted support across two rewarding SEN placements.

\n

During the mornings, you will work closely with a Year 1 pupil who requires Speech and Language support, helping them to develop communication skills, build confidence and access learning successfully within the classroom.

\n

On Monday and Tuesday afternoons, you will provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEMH needs in Totton, using positive relationships and consistent strategies to encourage engagement, emotional regulation and personal development.
