Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced M365 Engineer to support a busy IT team.

What you’ll be doing

\n
    \n
  • Managing and supporting Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot & Office Apps)
  • \n
  • Fixing issues and supporting users day-to-day
  • \n
  • Setting up access and keeping systems secure
  • \n
  • Supporting the rollout and safe use of Microsoft Copilot (AI tools)
  • \n
  • Integrating applications and ensuring they work smoothly with Office
  • \n
  • Improving processes and automating manual tasks where possible
  • \n

What we’re looking for

\n
    \n
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
  • \n
  • Good understanding of user access, security and permissions
  • \n
  • Experience with Azure Entra ID (identity and access)
  • \n
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
  • \n
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
  • \n

Nice to have

  • Experience in a complex or regulated environment
  • \n
  • Knowledge of data protection and compliance
  • \n
  • Experience with automation (PowerShell or Power Platform)
  • \n
\n

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced M365 Engineer on a contract basis for an initial 3-6 month basis. In return for your expertise the M365 Engineer will receive a day rate of £500 - £550 per day (Inside IR35)
