- Position: Room Leader \n
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent \n
- Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday - varied shift patterns \n
- Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience) \n

Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education \n
- Support, motivate, and mentor Early Years Practitioners within the room \n
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework \n
- Monitor children's learning and development, ensuring accurate observations and assessments \n
The Ideal Candidate Will
\n- \n
- Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or above) \n
- Have previous experience working as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to step up \n
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures \n
