Commercial Maintenance Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Reactive & Planned Maintenance Manager to join a growing construction company. This is an excellent opportunity to manage planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

Duties:

\n
• Manage reactive maintenance, PPM and small works.
\n
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
\n
• Monitor budgets, schedules and service delivery.
\n
• Resolve urgent maintenance issues.
\n
• Ensure Health & Safety and statutory compliance.
\n
• Produce operational and financial reports.
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
\n

You’ll have:

\n
• Experience managing reactive maintenance, PPM and small works.
\n
• Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance.
\n
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and budgets.
\n
• Good knowledge of CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
\n
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence.
\n

IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM or a relevant trade background would be advantageous.
