We're partnering with a growing B2B SaaS business looking to appoint a Product Manager to join its expanding Product team.

\n

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative Product function where you'll have genuine influence over the product roadmap and work closely with Engineering, Design and commercial teams to deliver high-impact features.

The Role\n
    \n
  • Own and deliver key areas of the product roadmap from concept through to launch.
  • \n
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to define product requirements and prioritise development.
  • \n
  • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • \n
  • Champion AI-driven innovation, identifying practical ways to enhance the platform through automation and intelligent workflows.
  • \n
  • Conduct product and process reviews to uncover opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • \n
  • Analyse user behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
  • \n
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

About You\n

We're looking for a commercially minded Product Manager who enjoys solving complex problems and building products that deliver measurable value.

You'll ideally have:

\n
    \n
  • Previous Product Management or Product Owner experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • \n
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled products, automation initiatives or intelligent workflows.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning and Agile delivery.
  • \n
  • Experience reviewing business processes and identifying operational efficiencies.
  • \n
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical teams.
  • \n
  • A data-driven approach to product decision making.
  • \n
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • \n
Desirable\n
    \n
  • Experience working with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI.
  • \n
  • Exposure to workflow automation and process optimisation.
  • \n
  • Experience within customer experience, CRM or enterprise software environments.
  • \n
  • Technical understanding of APIs and software integrations.
  • \n
