• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in vibrant, welcoming schools

• Helping children learn in ways that actually make sense to them (yes – sometimes that includes Lego, sensory play, and a LOT of encouragement!)

• Building confidence, independence, and those lightbulb moments
\n
• Being part teacher, part cheerleader, part problem-solver…and occasionally part comedian
\n

• Experience working with children (SEN experience = bonus points )
\n
• A calm, caring, and can-do attitude
\n
• Creativity – because no two days (or learners!) are the same
\n
• The ability to celebrate the small wins (they’re actually the big ones!)
