\nKey Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of vocational courses \n
- Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons that meet awarding body standards \n
- Monitor and track learner progress, attendance and achievement \n
- Provide academic and pastoral support as a group tutor \n
- Set and review SMART targets using individual learning plans \n
- Support learners to progress into employment or higher education \n
- Contribute to enrichment activities and work experience opportunities \n
- Maintain accurate records and meet quality assurance standards \n
- Liaise with colleagues, parents/guardians, and external stakeholders where required \n
What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- Experience teaching or training in a relevant subject area \n
- Industry experience within your vocational specialism \n
- A teaching qualification \n
- Relevant professional qualification in your subject area \n
- Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent) \n
- Assessing qualification (A1/TAQA) or willingness to achieve \n
All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed.
