About the Role

Reed Further Education are partnering with a leading training provider to recruit an experienced AAT Tutor.

\n
• Deliver AAT programmes up to Level 4 through face-to-face and remote learning
\n
• Support learners to achieve career progression within finance and accounting
\n
• Manage learner caseloads and drive engagement and retention
\n
• Contribute to high-quality teaching and continuous improvement
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Plan and deliver structured AAT sessions in line with awarding body standards
\n
• Assess learner work and provide detailed, constructive feedback
\n
• Monitor learner progress, set targets, and drive KPI achievement
\n
• Support employer engagement, IAG sessions, and learner recruitment activities
\n

About You

\n
• Experienced in delivering AAT (minimum Level 3, with progression to Level 4)
\n
• Background in finance with strong subject knowledge
\n
• Passionate about supporting and motivating learners
\n
• Confident using digital platforms and e-learning tools
\n

Essential Skills & Experience

\n
• Minimum 3 years’ industry experience within finance
\n
• 1–2 years teaching, training, or assessment experience
\n
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)
\n
• Strong communication, organisation, and coaching skills
\n
