Your Role & Responsibilities:\n

  • \n

    Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group interventions for students with special educational needs (such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties).

  • \n
  • \n

    Assist classroom teachers in adapting lesson materials to ensure all students can access the curriculum.

  • \n
  • \n

    Support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of pupils, helping them build independent learning skills.

  • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate closely with the school SENDCo to track progress and implement individual education plans.
