I’m working with an independent training provider in Bedford who are looking to add a Construction Tutor to their delivery team.The role will involve delivering construction skills training to adult learners across a range of Level 1 multi-trade areas including carpentry, plumbing, tiling and brickwork. This is a mix of practical workshop delivery and classroom-based learning.The role:\n

• Delivering construction bootcamps and employability-focused training
\n
• Teaching basic multi-trade construction skills
\n
• Supporting and engaging adult learners
\n
• Maintaining learner progress and attendance records
\n

What they’re looking for:\n

\n
• Construction background (any trade considered)
\n
• Qualified teacher/trainer (AET, DET, PGCE or equivalent)
\n
• Comfortable delivering across multiple trades
\n
• Good communication and learner engagement skills
\n
