Project Manager – Up to £46,000 + Bonus + Exceptional Benefits (Civil Service Pension) + Hybrid (Stratford, London)We're looking for a skilled and commercially-minded Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, driving projects from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation. - Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. \n
- Developing and maintaining realistic, data-driven project plans that adapt to changing priorities, risks, and dependencies. \n
- Managing multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams, both internally and through third-party suppliers and partners. \n
- Driving project governance, reporting, RAID management, and benefits realisation throughout the project lifecycle. \n
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and ensuring alignment on project outcomes. \n
- Managing budgets, resources, procurement activities, contracts, and supplier relationships to achieve value for money. \n
- Identifying and mitigating project risks while ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements. \n
- Facilitating project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement activities to strengthen delivery capability. \n
- Communicating project progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels. \n
- Creating an environment where teams are empowered to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes. \n

- Significant experience delivering large, complex projects and programmes within multinational organisations. \n
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-pound budgets, resources, timelines, and competing priorities. \n
- Experience working within matrix environments and leading virtual, geographically dispersed teams. \n
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and executive-level audiences. \n
- Demonstrable experience managing third-party suppliers, contracts, and external delivery partners. \n
- Strong governance, risk management, compliance, and assurance experience. \n
- Experience using project planning and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Project, Planner, and related platforms. \n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills. \n
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery execution. \n
- \n
- Delivery of digital, online, technology, or transformation programmes. \n
- Experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts and supplier agreements. \n
- Experience delivering learning, education, assessment, or customer-focused programmes. \n
- Experience operating within highly regulated or governance-focused environments. \n
- Exposure to Agile, Hybrid, and traditional project delivery methodologies. \n

- Degree or equivalent professional experience. \n
- Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent. \n
