I'm currently working with a well-established and highly respected architectural practice to recruit a talented Architect for their growing team in Worthing. Key Responsibilities for the Architect:

\n
    \n
  • Lead the design and technical delivery of projects across a variety of sectors
  • \n
  • Produce high-quality design proposals, planning submissions, and technical drawing packages
  • \n
  • Manage projects throughout the RIBA Plan of Work, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • \n
  • Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
  • \n
  • Prepare planning, building regulations, and construction documentation
  • \n
  • Coordinate project teams and contribute to successful project delivery
  • \n
  • Assist with mentoring junior members of the architectural team where required
  • \n
\n

About You:

\n
    \n
  • ARB registered Architect with experience working within a UK architectural practice
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
  • \n
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • \n
  • Experience managing projects through multiple RIBA stages
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • \n
  • Passionate about delivering innovative, high-quality architecture
  • \n
