\nThe Role
\nAs a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

- Support pupils across Key Stages through engaging learning activities \n
- Deliver targeted interventions with individuals and small groups \n
- Provide occasional whole-class cover when required \n
- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver high-quality learning \n
- Help students develop confidence, independence and academic success \n
- Build meaningful relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues \n
- Gain first-class preparation for teacher training or postgraduate study \n
The Ideal Candidate
\n- \n
- A 2:1 or above in any degree subject (Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science or Humanities preferred) \n
- Passionate about working with young people \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Confident leading small groups and supporting classroom learning \n
- Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not essential \n
- Ambitious, resilient and eager to build a career in education \n
