Your Responsibilities

Short-Term Roles

• Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across different year groups

• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment

• Follow school behaviour policies and manage classroom expectations effectively
\n
• Mark and provide feedback in line with school policies
\n
• Adapt confidently to different school settings and routines
\n

Long-Term Roles

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum
\n
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
\n
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
\n
• Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
\n
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and wider school activities
\n
• Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning and marking
\n
