Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:

\n
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated
\n
• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
\n
• Assist in the implementation of EHCP's and tailored learning strategies
\n
• Help students develop social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience
\n
• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour
\n
