The Supply Register is recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to support pupils at Birley Spa Primary Academy, working in partnership with the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:• Support pupils’ learning and development in the classroom• Work alongside teachers to create engaging learning experiences• Encourage positive behaviour and participation• Provide individual and small-group support• Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

We're looking for candidates who:• Have experience working with children or young people• Are passionate about supporting pupils’ progress• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills• Are reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
