This Harlow school is committed to delivering high-quality mathematics education, fostering a love of learning and supporting students to achieve excellent outcomes across Key Stages.

Job Overview:

• This school caters for students aged 11-16.
\n
• Full-time, Monday - Friday, Maths Teacher role.
\n
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
\n
• Inspire students through creative and challenging lessons that develop problem-solving, reasoning and mathematical fluency.
\n
• Assess, monitor and track student progress to ensure strong attainment.
\n
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
\n
• Work collaboratively with the mathematics department and wider school team.
\n
• Contribute to curriculum development, intervention programmes and enrichment opportunities.
\n

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
\n
• A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
\n
• Experience teaching Maths at secondary level across KS3 and KS4.
\n
• A passion for Mathematics and the ability to engage, motivate and challenge learners.
\n
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
\n
• A proactive, positive and collaborative approach to teaching.
\n
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
\n
