What you’ll be doing:\n- \n
- Leading small group learning sessions across a range of subjects \n
- Delivering targeted interventions to support student progress \n
- Supporting the classroom environment to ensure every student can thrive \n
- Working closely with teaching staff to enhance learning outcomes \n
- Providing inclusive support for pupils, including those with SEND needs \n

- Experience supporting children or young people in an education setting \n
- A strong understanding of SEND and inclusive practices \n
- Excellent organisation and time management skills \n
- Confident communication with both students and colleagues \n
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team \n
- Comfortable using IT systems to support learning and admin tasks \n
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing \n
