Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)

\nReed is proud to be working in partnership with a prestigious local nursery to recruit a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework, who is committed to delivering high-quality childcare in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Support the delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework \n
- Provide a high standard of care, ensuring children’s safety, wellbeing, and individual needs are met \n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive nursery environment \n
- Build strong professional relationships with children, parents, and the wider team \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential) \n
- At least 1 year’s experience in a UK childcare setting \n
- A sound knowledge of the EYFS framework \n
- A warm, enthusiastic, and committed approach to childcare \n
