\nA well-established 3-form entry primary school in Hayes is seeking a Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a part-time basis for the full academic year.
\nThis role is ideal for a teacher seeking reduced hours while remaining in the classroom. Working Monday to Friday from 1:00pm until 3:30pm, you will teach the Year 4 class each afternoon, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils' progress across the curriculum.
\nThe school is looking for a teacher who can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and work collaboratively with the morning class teacher to ensure consistency in teaching and learning.

The Role
\nThe successful candidate will:

- Teach a Year 4 class each afternoon from 1:00pm-3:30pm \n
- Deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum \n
- Work closely with the morning teacher to ensure continuity for pupils \n
- Assess learning and provide feedback where appropriate \n
- Support pupils of all abilities, including those requiring additional support \n
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement \n
Requirements
\nThe school is looking for a teacher who:
\n- \n
- Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) \n
- Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 \n
- Has strong classroom management skills \n
- Can work collaboratively with colleagues \n
- Is organised, reliable, and committed to pupil progress \n
- Can provide engaging and inclusive learning experiences \n

\nSalary
\nOuter London Pay Scale (M1-UPS3) Salary will be paid pro rata based on the working hours of 1:00pm-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
