Interim Curriculum Manager – Health & ChildcareLocation: LondonContract: Interim (17th August – 30th September)

We are currently seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager – Health & Childcare to join a college in East London on an interim basis.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery, development, and quality of Health & Childcare provision, including programmes such as Level 2 & 3 Health & Social Care and T Levels.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Health & Childcare curriculum delivery
\n
• Drive quality improvement and student outcomes
\n
• Line manage and support teaching staff
\n
• Monitor KPIs including retention, achievement and progress
\n
• Oversee timetabling, staffing and learner performance
\n
• Deliver approximately 12 hours teaching per week
\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\n
• Curriculum leadership experience within FE
\n
• A background in Health & Social Care and/or Childcare
\n
• A recognised teaching qualification (or working towards)
\n
• Strong understanding of quality standards, Ofsted and KPI performance
\n
• Experience improving teaching, learning and assessment
\n
