\nAn Infrastructure Analyst is required for our legal client who are embarking on a major technology transformation programme.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to work across a modern technology estate, supporting infrastructure projects, cloud adoption initiatives and the ongoing evolution of critical business systems. You'll join a collaborative team working across the UK and internationally, with exposure to technologies including Azure, VMware, Software Defined WAN and SaaS/IaaS platforms.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Support the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of infrastructure services \n
- Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from design through to BAU support \n
- Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues \n
- Support disaster recovery and high-availability solutions \n
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans and recovery procedures \n
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and service improvement initiatives \n
- Participate in out-of-hours support when required \n
Essential Skills
\n- \n
- VMware administration \n
- Microsoft Azure, including Entra ID \n
- Windows Server & 2022 \n
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Sites & Services \n
- Disaster Recovery and High Availability concepts \n
- Networking fundamentals, routing and troubleshooting \n
- SolarWinds, SNMP or similar monitoring tools \n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills \n
Desirable Skills
\n- \n
- Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-700) \n
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune) \n
- Azure Virtual Machines, SSO, MFA and SAML \n
- Hyper-V, FortiGate and Mimecast \n
- ITIL Foundation \n
- Cyber Security interest or experience \n
- Legal applications such as iManage, Aderant or BigHand \n
