\nA welcoming mainstream primary school in Blackpool, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN 1-1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs on a full-time basis.
\nThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to a child's educational journey, working closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to provide tailored support within a nurturing school environment in Blackpool.
\nThe SEN 1-1 Teaching Assistant Role:

- Provide dedicated 1-1 support for a pupil with SEN needs \n
- Support learning, engagement, and emotional regulation throughout the school day \n
- Implement individual support plans and behaviour strategies \n
- Assist the class teacher in adapting learning activities and resources \n
- Promote independence, confidence, and positive social interaction \n
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and SENCO \n
