Job Description
Prospero Teaching are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive School Administrator to work in a lovely Primary School based in Newcastle.
\n\nThe role is full-time, Monday to Friday for the full Academic Year, from September 2026 to July 2027.
\n\nThe role will involve working as a member of the Administration Team to answer the phone and deal with queries effectively from pupils and parents. In addition, you will be required to complete office-based Administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and consistent manner.
\n\nIt is a very supportive and enjoyable environment for both pupils and staff.

The role will involve:

- Dealing with enquiries over the phone, via email and in person. \n
- Completing Administration tasks in a proactive, prompt and accurate manner. \n
- Working as part of the Administration team to complete tasks promptly. \n
- Working alongside Teachers and other members of staff on administration tasks \n
This role requires:

- An ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in an accurate manner \n
- An ability to prioritise tasks \n
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build positive relationships with parents, staff and pupils \n
