\nAbout the Role
\nReed Education is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior School PPA Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school from September through to the Christmas break. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified teacher or an early career teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience across different year groups.
\nWorking three days per week, you will provide high-quality PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) cover, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring continuity of learning while class teachers are out of the classroom.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range. \n
- Follow school planning and policies to maintain consistency in teaching and learning. \n
- Manage classroom behaviour positively and effectively. \n
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. \n
- Assess pupil engagement and provide feedback to class teachers where required. \n
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. \n
The Ideal Candidate
\n- \n
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT). \n
- Has a passion for primary education and pupil development. \n
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills. \n
- Is flexible, adaptable and confident teaching across different year groups. \n
- Has strong communication and organisational skills. \n
- Possesses an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one. \n
