Your responsibilities as Site Supervisor\n

\n
• Carry out pre-start inspections to ensure sites are ready for installation.
\n
• Complete quality inspections during projects and final roof signoffs.
\n
• Coordinate labour and roofing teams across multiple live contracts.
\n
• Deliver toolbox talks and maintain high health and safety standards.
\n
• Monitor material requirements and work closely with the buying team.
\n
• Attend site meetings, manage programmes and report any design or specification changes.
\n

What we're looking for in a Site Supervisor \n

\n
• Previous experience supervising construction or roofing projects.
\n
• Strong knowledge of pitched roofing systems.
\n
• Good understanding of current health and safety legislation.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate site programmes.
\n
• Full UK driving licence and based within reasonable commuting distance of North Devon.
\n
