Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Lead workplace and office fit-out projects across all RIBA Work Stages (0-7).
  • \n
  • Develop creative design solutions that respond to client briefs, budgets, and programme requirements.
  • \n
  • Produce high-quality design presentations, planning packages, technical drawings, and construction documentation.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants including structural, MEP, and specialist designers.
  • \n
  • Manage planning applications, Building Regulations submissions, and statutory approvals.
  • \n
  • Attend client meetings, workshops, and presentations, building strong professional relationships.
  • \n
  • Coordinate contractor information during tender and construction stages.
  • \n
  • Undertake site inspections and contract administration duties where required.
  • \n
  • Monitor project programmes, fees, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • \n
  • Mentor and support junior architectural staff.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, health and safety legislation, CDM Regulations, and industry best practice.
  • \n
  • Contribute to business development activities and support bids and proposals where appropriate.
  • \n
Skills & ExperienceEssential\n
    \n
  • Qualified Architect (RIBA Part 3) and registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
  • \n
  • 3-7 years' post-qualification experience.
  • \n
  • Proven experience delivering workplace, commercial office, or office fit-out projects.
  • \n
  • Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
  • \n
  • Experience across all RIBA Work Stages.
  • \n
  • Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
  • \n
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
  • \n
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
