Job Description
The London Community Foundation (LCF) is looking for a Philanthropy and Grants Manager to help donors make a meaningful difference to communities across the capital.£42,000 | Permanent | 35 hours per week (part-time considered)Hybrid working – minimum one day per week in our London officeThe Role You'll manage donor relationships and oversee grant-making programmes that directly impact London's communities.\n

- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and stakeholders \n
- Manage grant-making programmes from application to impact assessment \n
- Provide excellent stewardship to ensure donors feel valued and informed \n
- Use research, insight and impact data to guide funding priorities \n
- Work collaboratively to ensure funding reaches organisations where it makes the greatest difference \n

- Experience in philanthropy, grant-making, charitable programmes or a similar environment \n
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills \n
- Excellent written communication and research skills \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and collaboratively \n
