Are you a passionate and resilient Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a specialist setting? We are recruiting for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with complex SEMH needs from September.

The Role\n- \n
- Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with complex needs, helping them access learning and regulate behaviour \n
- Work closely with class teachers and SEN professionals to deliver tailored support strategies \n
- Support with emotional regulation, engagement and social development \n
- Implement individual learning and behaviour plans consistently \n
- Build a strong, trusting relationship to promote confidence and independence \n
- \n
- Previous experience supporting young people with SEMH/complex mental health needs \n
- Calm, patient and resilient, with a therapeutic and consistent approach \n
- Able to support behaviour positively and follow structured routines \n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills \n
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people \n
- \n
- A welcoming and supportive staff team with a shared commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing \n
