SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN Teacher – Join a Supportive & Rewarding Team
\nAre you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants and SEN Teachers to join our team, whether on a permanent basis or supply.
\nAbout the Role
\nWe work closely with a range of SEN schools, supporting students with a variety of needs including:

- Autism (ASC) \n
- ADHD \n
- Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) \n
- Moderate to severe learning difficulties \n
- Complex needs \n
These settings are incredibly rewarding and focus on building trust, routines, and meaningful progress for every student.
\nWhat We’re Looking For
\nWe are seeking individuals who:

- Have previous SEN experience (in schools or similar settings) \n
- Are patient, empathetic, and resilient \n
- Can build strong, consistent relationships with students \n
- Are reliable and committed – ideally available 4–5 days per week to provide the consistency our students need \n
- Are confident working as part of a team within specialist SEN provisions \n
