This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, sports coaches, youth workers, tutors, teaching assistants, or anyone with experience working with young people who is looking to gain valuable classroom experience and take the first step towards a career in education.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
\n
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
\n
• Support pupils in completing their work and remaining engaged
\n
• Work across a variety of subjects and year groups
\n
• Gain practical experience within secondary schools
\n

Confident and reliable individualsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with young people is desirablePositive role models who can engage and motivate studentsGraduates and aspiring teachers are encouraged to apply
