Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs. \n
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. \n
- Support pupils with communication, social, emotional, and behavioural needs. \n
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour. \n
- Help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment. \n
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, parents, and other professionals to support each pupil's individual learning journey. \n
We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience working with children or young people with SEN, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional learning needs (preferred but not essential). \n
- Is patient, empathetic, and resilient. \n
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. \n
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. \n
- Holds a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant childcare qualification (desirable but not essential). \n
