\n\nSANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive Early Years setting in Tower Hamlets for a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join the team for the full academic year.

\n\nThe Role
\n\nAs the SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll work within the EYFS provision, supporting children with a variety of additional learning needs.
\n\nYour role will include:
\n\nSupporting children both individually and in small groups
\nEncouraging communication, social interaction and emotional development
\nWorking alongside the class teacher and SENDCo to implement personalised support strategies
\nPromoting independence through play-based learning and daily routines
\nBuilding positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
\nHelping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
\n\nNo two days are the same, making this an incredibly rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with young children.
\n\nWe're Looking For Someone Who:
\nHas experience supporting children with SEND, ideally within an Early Years setting
\nIs patient, compassionate and enthusiastic
\nUnderstands the importance of inclusive practice
\nBuilds strong relationships with children and colleagues alike
\nIs committed to supporting children to achieve their individual goals
\nCan commit to the full academic year
