Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (SEN)Responsible to: SENCO

Purpose of the Role To support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in accessing learning, developing independence, and achieving their full potential in a safe and inclusive school environment.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN.
\n
• Assist teachers in delivering inclusive learning.
\n
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
\n
• Help implement individual learning and support plans.
\n
• Promote safeguarding, inclusion, and positive behaviour.
\n

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (desirable).
\n
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
\n
• Patient, caring, and reliable.
\n
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
\n
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
