Position: Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner

\nHours: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 08:30 - 15:30 (32.5 Hours Per Week)
\nSalary: £14.25 - £15.00 per hour
\nContract: Term-Time, Temporary

- Creative Play: You should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, engaging in sensory activities, messy play, and creative arts. \n
- Developmental Support: Help children reach key milestones in a safe and inclusive environment. \n
- Stability: This is a consistent, full-time role (32.5 hours per week) throughout the academic year. \n

- Activity Delivery: Support the planning and delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. \n
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and assess children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. \n
- Collaboration: Work alongside teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education. \n
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, trusting relationships with both the children and their families. \n

- Qualified: A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential. \n
- Experienced: Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting. \n
- Knowledgeable: A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures. \n
