IT Deployment Technician

Join a leading independent Automotive and services provider as an IT Deployment Technician!

Job Overview:Experienced in deploying and configuring laptops and desktop devices, including asset management, Windows 11 builds, testing, and end-user setup. Skilled in providing post-deployment support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth hardware refresh and deployment process across enterprise environments.

Location: Derby DE24 9GJ

Daily Rate: An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £19.85 (PAYE) OR £25.75 (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).

Start Date: 13 Jul 2026 - 31 Dec 2026

Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:30

Key Responsibilities

• Deploying laptops in the laptop refresh clinic
\n
• Deploying desktop devices across the Derby estate
\n
• Unboxing and assetting of clients
\n
• Build and test of Win11 clients
\n
• Resolving issues post-deployment for both laptop and desktop users
\n

Key Requirements Must Have SC Clearance
