• Managing bespoke residential and commercial construction projects across Oxfordshire

• Splitting time between the office and site, supporting project delivery
\n
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors and material procurement
\n
• Producing contract reports and monitoring project progress
\n
• Working closely with site teams while maintaining a hands-on approach where required
\n

The Person:

• Experience within residential construction, refurbishments or new build projects
\n
• Project Manager, Site Manager, Foreman or similar background
\n
• Trade background
\n
• Full UK Driving License
\n
