About the Role\n

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools across the Hyde area. These roles offer flexibility, with opportunities for day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and long-term positions.

Many of our temporary roles regularly progress into long-term placements, providing consistency and the chance to build strong relationships within schools.

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging Early Years lessons
  • \n
  • Assist with phonics, numeracy, and creative learning activities
  • \n
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support where required
  • \n
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
  • \n
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
  • \n
  • Prepare classroom materials and assist with general classroom duties
  • \n
Requirements\n
    \n
  • Experience working within Early Years (Nursery or Reception) is desirable
  • \n
  • A passion for supporting young children’s learning and development
  • \n
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • \n
  • Adaptable, reliable, and proactive approach
  • \n
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential
  • \n
