\nRate: £21.91 hour PAYE

\nAbout the Role:In this pivotal position, you will analyse data, support projects, and provide insights that drive service performance and elevate customer experience. Your contributions will help shape the future of housing services, and you'll be at the forefront of positive change!
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nData & Insights:
\nAnalyse performance data to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
\nProduce timely and clear reports for internal teams.
\nManage accurate housing and service data.
\n\nCustomer & Stakeholder Feedback:
\nGather and analyse feedback from residents through surveys and focus groups.
\nPresent insights to support service enhancements.
\n\nProject Support:
\nAssist in commissioning projects, including service specifications and contract development.
\nSupport project planning and track milestones.
\n\nPerformance & Improvement:
\nDevelop systems to monitor service performance and identify efficiency improvements.
\n\nOperational Support:
\nMonitor housing property statuses and improve turnaround processes.
\n\nWhat We're Looking For:
\nKnowledge & Experience:
\nExperience in data analysis or performance reporting.
\nUnderstanding of project support and service improvement (housing/local government knowledge is a plus!).
\n\nSkills:
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
\nProficiency in Excel and data tools.
\nExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
