About the Role:In this pivotal position, you will analyse data, support projects, and provide insights that drive service performance and elevate customer experience. Your contributions will help shape the future of housing services, and you'll be at the forefront of positive change!

Key Responsibilities:

Data & Insights:

\n

Analyse performance data to spot trends and improvement opportunities.

\n

Produce timely and clear reports for internal teams.

\n

Manage accurate housing and service data.

\n

\n

Customer & Stakeholder Feedback:

\n

Gather and analyse feedback from residents through surveys and focus groups.

\n

Present insights to support service enhancements.

\n

\n

Project Support:

\n

Assist in commissioning projects, including service specifications and contract development.

\n

Support project planning and track milestones.

\n

\n

Performance & Improvement:

\n

Develop systems to monitor service performance and identify efficiency improvements.

\n

\n

Operational Support:

\n

Monitor housing property statuses and improve turnaround processes.

\n

\n

What We're Looking For:

\n

Knowledge & Experience:

\n

Experience in data analysis or performance reporting.

\n

Understanding of project support and service improvement (housing/local government knowledge is a plus!).

\n

\n

Skills:

\n

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

\n

Proficiency in Excel and data tools.

\n

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

\n

\n

\n
