Connect Appointments is recruiting Picker Packers to join an established pet food production business based in Inverkeithing on a temporary basis, with permanent employment offered after 12 weeks.

Our client operates a busy food production facility, offering a consistent Sunday to Thursday working week with full training provided for the right candidates.

What's on offer?

• Temporary position moving to permanent after 12 weeks
\n
• Sunday to Thursday, 6am to 2pm
\n
• 13.45 per hour, paid weekly
\n
• Full training provided
\n

As a Picker Packer, your duties will include:

\n
• Weighing, packing and labelling pet food products to meet quality and production targets
\n
• Storing and preparing goods for dispatch
\n
• Operating machinery and equipment safely in line with site procedures
\n
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area in compliance with food safety standards
\n
• Supporting stock rotation and basic inventory checks
\n

To be considered as a Picker Packer, you will need:

\n
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing or warehousing is welcome, though full training will be provided
\n
• Comfortable with manual handling and working in a chilled food production environment
\n
• A punctual, reliable and team-focused approach to work
\n
