Senior Associate – Conveyancer – Buy-to-Let – Up to £65,000 + Bonus – 3 Days WFH – Bristol An established specialist property law firm are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its highly regarded Buy-to-Let team in Bristol. This is a strategically important appointment for the firm and represents an excellent opportunity for a talented property lawyer to play a key role in the continued growth and development of a successful, specialist practice.Working with an impressive institutional client base, including leading banks, building societies and other property-sector organisations, the firm has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal services. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value, complex Buy-to-Let matters within a collaborative environment where experienced lawyers are trusted, valued and given genuine scope to progress.This is far more than a traditional fee-earning conveyancing position. The successful candidate will become a key member of the team, with the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, improve processes, support continued growth and develop strong client relationships. For the right individual, there is a clear and credible pathway towards Director level and ultimately Partnership.The Role:\n

• Manage a varied caseload of Buy-to-Let conveyancing matters for major institutional clients, including banks and building societies
\n
• Deliver high-quality legal advice while maintaining strong commercial relationships with key clients
\n
• Support the continued development and growth of the Buy-to-Let team
\n
• Contribute ideas and improvements to systems, processes and operational efficiency
\n
• Work closely with the Head of Buy-to-Let, and play a visible role in the future direction of the practice
\n

The Opportunity:\n

• Competitive salary of £50,000–£65,000 depending on experience
\n
• Attractive bonus structure, including a 10% share of fees generated above realistic and pre-agreed billings targets

Ideal Pre-Requisites:\n

\n
• Strong experience handling conveyancing matters (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner) – experience with Buy-to-Let specifically is not required
\n
• Excellent technical knowledge of property transactions and lender requirements
\n
• Experience managing a high-quality caseload with a focus on client service and commercial outcomes
\n
• Proactive and ambitious approach, with the desire to take on greater responsibility over time
\n
