Job Title: Solicitor – Personal Injury (3–5 Years PQE)

\nSalary: £55,000–£65,000

Role Summary\nAn opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor (3–5 years PQE) to join a well-established claimant Personal Injury team in Reading. You'll manage your own varied caseload of Multi-Track claims while supporting Partners on complex, high-value serious injury matters. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a varied caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters from instruction through to settlement or trial. \n
- Handle Multi-Track claims under appropriate supervision, including drafting pleadings, reviewing evidence and preparing cases for litigation. \n
- Assist Partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value and serious injury claims. \n
- Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, rehabilitation providers and other key stakeholders throughout the litigation process. \n
- Deliver exceptional client care while maintaining high technical standards. \n
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the department. \n

- Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in claimant Personal Injury. \n
- Proven experience managing Multi-Track Personal Injury claims. \n
- Strong technical knowledge of serious injury litigation. \n
- Experience working with Major Trauma Centres, Case Managers and rehabilitation professionals. \n
- Sound understanding of the Rehabilitation Code and Serious Injury Guide. \n
- Excellent communication and client care skills. \n
- A collaborative approach and genuine interest in business development. \n
