Job Title: Solicitor – Personal Injury (3–5 Years PQE)

Salary: £55,000–£65,000

Role Summary\n

An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor (3–5 years PQE) to join a well-established claimant Personal Injury team in Reading. You'll manage your own varied caseload of Multi-Track claims while supporting Partners on complex, high-value serious injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their technical expertise within a supportive team that encourages long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a varied caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters from instruction through to settlement or trial.
  • \n
  • Handle Multi-Track claims under appropriate supervision, including drafting pleadings, reviewing evidence and preparing cases for litigation.
  • \n
  • Assist Partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value and serious injury claims.
  • \n
  • Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, rehabilitation providers and other key stakeholders throughout the litigation process.
  • \n
  • Deliver exceptional client care while maintaining high technical standards.
  • \n
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the department.
  • \n
Requirements\n
    \n
  • Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in claimant Personal Injury.
  • \n
  • Proven experience managing Multi-Track Personal Injury claims.
  • \n
  • Strong technical knowledge of serious injury litigation.
  • \n
  • Experience working with Major Trauma Centres, Case Managers and rehabilitation professionals.
  • \n
  • Sound understanding of the Rehabilitation Code and Serious Injury Guide.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • \n
  • A collaborative approach and genuine interest in business development.
  • \n
