Job Title: Solicitor – Personal Injury (3–5 Years PQE)

Location: Reading

Salary: £55,000–£65,000

An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor (3–5 years PQE) to join a well-established claimant Personal Injury team in Reading. You'll manage your own varied caseload of Multi-Track claims while supporting Partners on complex, high-value serious injury matters. • Manage a varied caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters from instruction through to settlement or trial.
\n
• Handle Multi-Track claims under appropriate supervision, including drafting pleadings, reviewing evidence and preparing cases for litigation.
\n
• Assist Partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value and serious injury claims.
\n
• Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, rehabilitation providers and other key stakeholders throughout the litigation process.

• Deliver exceptional client care while maintaining high technical standards.
\n
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the department.

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in claimant Personal Injury.
\n
• Proven experience managing Multi-Track Personal Injury claims.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of serious injury litigation.
\n
• Experience working with Major Trauma Centres, Case Managers and rehabilitation professionals.
\n
• Sound understanding of the Rehabilitation Code and Serious Injury Guide.
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
\n
• A collaborative approach and genuine interest in business development.
\n
