\n\nIn the first 12 weeks you will be working day shifts (7.30am - 4.30pm / 7.30am - 12.30pm Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week), but after training you will move onto a rotating 6-2/2-10 shift pattern Monday to Friday (38 hours per week).
\nWhilst on day shifts you will have the opportunity to earn upto £30,500 per annum basic (DOE), but once you move onto shifts your annual salary will range between £33,000 - £37,000 per annum
\nOvertime is regularly available and is paid at T1/3 after 39 hours, and T1/2 after 48 hours, this business also offers a £2,000 new starter incentive bonus which is a staggered payment (£200 after the first month, £800 once you've passed probation and the final £1,000 to be paid after 12 months service).
\n\nWhat You Will Do:

- Set up and operate advanced press machines, including Amada and Edward Pearson models. \n
- Perform bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches. \n
- Produce high-quality components for assembly operations while adhering to technical drawings. \n
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure precision and compliance. \n
- Collaborate with a skilled team to optimise production processes and meet deadlines. \n
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment in line with industry standards. \n
