Our client is seeking a Global Reward Analyst to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of reward processes. This role is essential for managing reward data accuracy and coordinating activities such as benchmarking, pay reviews, and bonus cycles.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support global salary benchmarking, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with survey requirements.
  • \n
  • Lead the job evaluation process, deliver training, and oversee consistency across the business.
  • \n
  • Manage job architecture evolution, support annual reviews, and act as custodian for new roles.
  • \n
  • Handle team purchase orders and invoicing processes, ensuring accurate tracking and timely query resolution.
  • \n
  • Assist with global mobility activities and regulatory compliance across regions.
  • \n
  • Develop and test reward tools, contributing to their continuous improvement.
  • \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in job evaluation and benchmarking.

  • Proven background in reward management within a multinational organisation.
