Job Description
Our client, a leader in automotive education, is looking for a passionate and skilled Lead Technical Trainer to join their team, delivering Apprenticeship Programme at their state-of-the-art facility in bedford, Bedfordshire. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of automotive technicians through innovative and effective learning programmes.
Key Responsibilities:\n- \n
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective apprentice learning in accordance with manufacturer and apprenticeship standards \n
- Monitor and manage apprentice progression towards End Point Assessment \n
- Collaborate with trainers and team members to deliver curriculum courses and manufacturer-specific modules both face-to-face and virtually \n
- Utilise the latest technology and Trainer Accreditation methodology for training delivery \n
- Ensure the training meets the Apprentice Programme objectives and maintains quality and standardisation \n
- Promote a positive culture and embody brand values in all activities \n
- Ensure all training complies with Health and Safety standards, Safeguarding, and Prevent policies \n
- Act as an ambassador for our client's Apprenticeship Programme, demonstrating good practice and brand values \n

- Qualified Technician at Level 3 (EHV certification desirable) \n
- Teaching qualification/experience (PTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, TAP, Cert Ed or NVQ equivalent qualification desirable) \n
- Full driving licence \n
- Relevant Health & Safety qualification (desirable) \n
- Recent manufacturer workshop experience (desirable) \n
- Strong awareness of new technical innovations \n
- Proficiency with Microsoft software packages \n
- Excellent teamwork and a strong 'Customer First' ethic \n
- Passion for training and developing others \n
