• £19,000 – £24,000 FTE (pro rata)

• Equivalent to approximately £95 – £120 per day (dependent on experience)

An excellent independent school in Tonbridge, Kent is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with SEMH needs.

You will play a key role in supporting emotional regulation, engagement, and academic development in a structured and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent 1:1 support
\n
• Support emotional wellbeing and behaviour
\n
• Adapt resources and support learning
\n
• Encourage independence and confidence
\n
• Work collaboratively with staff
\n

Requirements:

\n
• At least 2 years’ school experience
\n
• SEN experience (SEMH desirable)
\n
• Patient and proactive approach
\n
• Independent school experience beneficial
\n
